About Me
Teah Fleury - Founder
Not Your Usual Marketer—And That’s a Good Thing
I didn’t get into marketing through school, textbooks, or degrees. I got here by living it—job by job, side hustle by side hustle, asking questions, testing ideas, and paying attention. I’ve always been curious about how things work—especially businesses. Not just the branding or social media, but the whole system: how people talk about you, what your space feels like, what kind of energy it gives off.

I’ve worked in restaurants, retail, event promotions, and everywhere in between. I’ve been the cashier, the merch table rep, the booth girl handing out flyers downtown.
I’ve helped run charity sales, flip furniture, design product labels, and make other people’s businesses stand out—often without even being asked. It took me a while to realize: this is what I’m best at.

I believe marketing should feel human—not forced, scary, or like some polished thing you have to fake your way through.
I’m autistic, neurodivergent, and super detail-oriented. I don’t do things halfway. I double- and triple-check my work, and I’m always thinking about how things feel—visually and emotionally.
I want my clients to feel safe, unjudged, and excited again about what they’re building.
Whether I’m posting on your social media, helping revamp your store, or just brainstorming your next collab, I want it to feel like a creative partnership—not a transaction.

What I Actually Do

I give businesses a creative reset. That might mean reworking your social media so it feels like you again.
It might mean helping your space feel more “put together” so people want to stay.
It might mean helping you stop overthinking and just get started.
I’m not here to force a strategy or make you go viral.
I created Mood Nest as a way to help these kinds of businesses breathe a little easier and see what’s possible with the right ideas, direction, and support.

My Style? Less Pressure, More Partnership.

I don’t do long-term contracts unless we both want that.
I don’t come in and take over your brand or force you into a strategy that doesn’t feel right.

This isn’t about hiring a full-time marketing team. I come in, learn your vibe, help you build your brand presence and customer experience, and then set you up with tools, templates, or a plan you can carry forward. If you're ready to expand after that, I’ll help you figure out next steps, who to hire, or how to keep it DIY.

This gives you freedom. And honestly, I like it that way too—I get to drop in, solve creative problems, and move on to the next project. It’s what keeps me excited and energized.

I Don’t Work Alone (But I’m the One You’ll Talk To)
When I need support, I work with:

-
Carmen – My mom, an entrepreneur & interior design brain
-
Asha – My sister, design-savvy with Canva, posters & banners
-
Jacob – My partner, engineer, financial brain & operations helper
-
Ted – My dad, a master-of-trades who can fix or build just about anything

They’re part of my trusted creative team when projects need extra hands. You still get me leading every step—we just make things easier, smarter, and more budget-friendly.

If You’re Still Reading This…

Then you probably care about the same things I do:

-
Honesty
-
Creative problem-solving
-
Human-first business
-
Working smarter, not harder

You don’t have to commit right away. You don’t even have to know what you need yet.
If you’ve been circling the idea of getting help but didn’t know where to start—this is it.

We can talk, I’ll listen, and if I can help—I’ll tell you exactly how.

Our Team.
Mood Nest may have started as a one-woman show—but no great idea grows alone. When things get busy or bold, I bring in my family: a trusted crew of creative minds, hands-on helpers, and all-around fixers.
We’re not a corporate agency. We’re a mix of design eyes, spreadsheet brains, renovation hands, and good instincts—people who care, pitch in, and show up when it counts. Each of us adds a little something different, but together, we keep things moving with purpose (and a lot of love).
Because sometimes, it really does take a village—or at least a very skilled family.
