It’s not legal advice, just a clear breakdown of what to expect when you choose to work with me. If you’re unsure about anything, feel free to reach out or get advice from a legal professional. This page is here to help you understand my process and what we’re agreeing to when you book a service.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

When you book a service or consultation with Mood Nest Marketing, you're agreeing to the scope, price, and timeline we’ve talked about—usually through email or in a discovery chat. I always aim to make things clear up front so there are no surprises.

These terms help us stay aligned and make sure we both know what’s expected.

What’s Included

  • Every service includes a clear outline of what you’ll receive (ex: content calendar, strategy session, design help).

  • I’ll always confirm what’s included before payment.

  • If anything changes or you need clarification, just ask—transparency is part of how I work.

Payment & Booking

  • Full payment is required to confirm your consultation or service.

  • I currently accept e-Transfer and PayPal.

  • Once payment is received, your spot is locked in.

  • If you're not ready to commit yet, you're always welcome to book a discovery call first.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Missed or last-minute cancellations may not be refunded unless we’ve discussed otherwise.

  • I’ll always extend the same respect and give you notice if I need to reschedule.

Use of Materials

  • All content, templates, and strategies I create for you are for your business use only.

  • Please don’t resell, duplicate, or share these materials as your own or for other clients.

  • If you want to collaborate on a project that includes reselling or licensing—let’s talk!

Respect & Communication

  • I’m here to help—not pressure you.

  • I aim to reply within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri) and communicate clearly every step of the way.

  • If you’re ever confused, just ask—I’ll always make space for clarity and conversation.
